CRIBLESS, The Second

Posted by pepz_c at 10:35 AM on October 19, 2004.

The continuation [of my senseless rambling. bear with me people]:

OK. After realizing how completely brainless I was [and totally irresponsible] for forgetting just about EVERYTHING I had to do. I thought, "The fuck, whatever, man! I'm having a great time tonight and that's all I'm going to think about." Wow. That wasn't so hard.

I went to UP to meet up with my other orgmates papuntang Laguna for the Applicants' Party. I was sporting this new look. I actually liked it. Wala pang grado. Ang arte talaga. Haha!

Pagpasok ko sa tambayan, umingay. Nagulat ata sa bago kong itsura! Haha! Ang lakas mang-asar! Lalo na si Tonich...

Tonich: "Kung ako girlfriend mo hindi kita iiwan e!" [Tawanan lahat]

Ako: "Oo nga. Sabihin mo yan dun kay - " [Tawa ulit]

We waited for about two hours then we left for Laguna. It was a roller coaster ride. The travel time was a bit more than an hour. We were like an hour late for the [stated] program proper. Well, di pa naman nag-uumpisa.

My Dream Crib

The place was amazing. It's called 'Legazpi Resort' ata. Astig:

- Big swimming pool -> enough to hold the largest peeps ng Math Club
- Party tables and chairs -> Kahit nagmukhang fast food resto, puede na
- A terrace
- Dance floor, disco lights, mobile, AND videoke
- billiards, bar, cool chill places
- Two AIR-CONDITIONED rooms
- Siempre may shower at CR [kaya lang may nagsuka at mapanghe]

We we're there from 7PM to 7AM the next day tapos 5,500 php lang ang price! Wow! Great deal! I'm SO coming back, pare. Best barkada chill place [kasi cheap e. hehe].

Rock my Crib

So I can sleep. Shet wala talaga akong tulog. I drink socially but I've never been hardly drunk so yun na sana yung time. Haha. Sayang, it could've been more fun if we had something to drink para honest lahat. Medyo sugar-coated kasi yung revelations kahit medyo "sexy" na yung pinag-uusapan. Hehe. I remember someone asked what was the wildest thing we wanted to do that night. Jokingly, I said, "Makipag-ano..." Haha! And you know what, it happened. Really. Makipag-kwentuhan, makipag-kantahan, makipag-bilyar. Sorry. My bad. Too corny for human beings.... [heh]

Welcome Crib!

We were playing billiards, when I realized it was already 5 in the morning! Wow. Time really flies when you're having fun. We left early around 6:30 AM to drop my Jollibee for breakfast. I went home right away. Sa jeep palang knock-out na ako. Tired and stressed. But it was all worth it. What a fun 3-day vacation. I got home at 10 AM and realized there's no place like my crib. And my bed. Zzzzzzzzzzz.

CRIBLESS, The First

Posted by pepz_c at 01:35 PM on October 16, 2004.

I just had a painful bathroom experience. Ugh.

DO NOT READ THE TEXT ABOVE

Yup. I'm basically homeless. Well, in a different fashion.

For the past 96 hours, I've been out of the house approximately two-thirds of the time. I never had this much sleep-overs in the past. And ironically, what lacks in these so-called 'sleep-overs' is, well, SLEEP! Heh. *yawns*

The Hotel Experience [Tuesday, October 12]

Off we go to Century 'Sheraton' Hotel to spend the night. But before that, we had to stop by my tita's house in Makati 'coz it's her birthday. It's always fun to give that family a visit since the atmosphere there is always chaotic[in a good way] and there is never a dull moment - kids running around, my cool nephews and neices are there [who by the way is a bit older than me] *pauses* Uhm, sorry, just got distracted by "The Fifth Wheel" on TV. Damn, I'm leaving in 15 minutes and I have to miss the episode!

Nah. Can't do it. I'm off. Edit ko na lang mamaya. Gotta go Osang's dad's wake. Later!

UPDATE!

Ayan.

So after we left Makati, we went directly to Dad's "place of work". Looks like the seminar ended pretty quick so he met us up in the lobby. The place was great. Nothing new - elegant, classy, and full of beautiful people [and that includes...]. Ehem. Feeling rich ka kung nandun ka. Siyempre, makakasalubong mo when you go up the stairs ay mga Koreano at mga mukhang nag-audition sa Starstruck.

Anyway, our pad was on the fifteenth floor. The elevator got me all pukey and wonky. First thing I thought when we first entered the room: "Cool." And it was! Literally. Good thing I got my [brother's] jacket with me and the beds got these thick comforters to well, comfort you [corny]. It's funny how the first thing I wanted to do when we arrived was lied down. The fluffy, soft beds was just so damn tempting! After setting my room territory in a preferable spot [away from Mom and Dad], we went outside to buy groceries from 7-11. Nice. Chips, cookies, and milk. Haha! When we went back, it was just me, my midnight snack, the TV, and my new bestfriend - the comforter. Sarap niyang yakapin. [And oh, andun pala parents ko, and daling natulog di ko napansin. Hehe] After the 2 am airing of "Blind Date, I fooled around the lights and the facilities. Nagtataka siguro yung mga tao sa labas ng hotel. Parang my disco sa loob ng kwarto. Two words: Bored and Sleepy . I passed out [to escape from the stupid things I've been doing].

Time to Par-TEY! [Wednesday - Thursday, October 13 - 14]

I woke up 10 in the morning, ate some La Paz Batchoy and left for UP [I took a bath before that].

I swung by SM to buy new shades for the swimming party. Then, without knowing the huge distance, naglakad ako hanggang LRT. Ang tanga ko talaga. Fifteen stories up from Sheraton, I can see the LRT. I thought, "Ang lapit lang pala e." Kaya ko linakad. Obviously, I was wrong and I was hit by a big 'DUH'. Malamang magmumukhang malapit! Engotzki. Ayun, tiniis kong maglakad at magtanung-tanong papuntang Taft. Medyo malayo pala. Medyo lang. [A few hundred steps LANG.

Another stupid moment.

CRS CROSSED!

Posted by pepz_c at 08:47 PM on October 12, 2004.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! I just logged on to CRS para makahabol sa deadline pero na-cutoff pala ng 5pm!!!

Pero nakalagay doon meron pa daw 2nd CRS pre-enlistment. Ngak! Ano yun? Test drive? Bullshit talaga.

My mom and I went to SM southmall kanina to buy my new cellphone battery [yes!] and to window shop. Then my dad suddenly called us up para sabihing i-crash daw namain yung conference nila sa Sheraton Hotel sa may Harrison Plaza! Haha! Siempre, excited kaming matulog sa hotel kasi Aircon kaya payag kami siyempre! Umuwi kami agad to prepare our things for our instant overnight luau. Haha! Feeling out-of-towners.

PePZ El GimiCero

But I have this really small dilemma. I already got plans all laid out for the rest of the week - puro lakwatsa. Pero hindi pa ako nagpapaalam kay ina! The first one would be an overnight party at Laguna with my orgmates. Bukas na yun so I need to bring clothes for that too kasi di na ako makakauwi! Hehe. Di naman ako ganun ka-ignorante sa hotel no. She asked, "Did you bring an extra shirt?" Haha! I replied subtly, "You have no idea." Because well, I had ALOT!

So there, habang nasa car kami inexplain ko na ang sitwasyon. Nagulat siya pero pumayag naman! So I won't be home until Thursday morning.

Hirap talaga mag-cram. Whew!

Well, the bright side is that naka-update ako ng blog because I'll be gone quite awhile from the keyboard. Just keep those tags coming!

Gotta go! Off to Sheraton! Hehehe! I'll be back this Thursday!

CELLULAR

Posted by pepz_c at 01:35 PM on October 11, 2004.

The Phone

Yahoo! My phone just got a [semi]total makeover! Ito ang condition niya bago it pinaayos:

1. Yung rubber thing sa taas na nagsi-switch ng phone on[damn, I'm stupid], ang lalim ng hukay. Parang nginatngat ng daga. I had to crack the damn phone in half just to turn it on.

3. The keys '1' and '3' don't work. I remember I had to compose messages without using the letters 'd' to 'f'. Challenging! Haha! Siempre no big deal kasi "txt lnguag" naman yan but usually I have to think of fucking synonyms to put sense into my messages. For Example: How do you type in the concept "300" without the '3' key? Minus the letter 'd', 'e', and 'f' we get the word "thr hunr" out of "three hundred". Man, did that suck. So I had to key in "299 + 1". Talk about retarded.

4. You can charge my battery for months yet it will only last for an hour. Or maybe less! Especially kung may kausap ako sa phone, laging napuputol! So I have to reswitch it on like a million times[Yes. I keep count]! So I have to suffer[again] the actrocity number 1. It's like the cycle in hell.

5. Laging "Sim Rejected" at "Insert Sim" ang naka-display for the reasons stated above.

Now, "The Change":

1. Buo na yung taas. I don't need long nails anymore to dig in the top button.

2. Bago yung casing! It wasn't what I originally wanted pero puwede na. Silver yung mismong housing then black ang keypad. Waaay better than the wrecked old one. I had this one STUPID encounter with a sales lady [sa tiangge] when I was looking for one in Greenhills last night. Her products are like double the usual price! Well, hindi naman ako ganun ka-kuripot and I was willing to pay for it but I still asked what's with the price. She proudly replied, "Yung iba Class A lang, yan DOUBLE Class A!" She was looking at me as if I was this ignorant prick! Bitch! What's with the 'DOUBLE Class A'? You put 'DOUBLE' in something and suddenly, it's a priced item? Crap. Well, I wasn't that pissed. It was actually funny. Yes, stupid. But funny. And you're right. I didn't buy the damn 'DOUBLE Class A'.

3. Problem No. 5 [look up] is gone! Dahil siguro sa changes I stated [look up].

Rooms for Impovement:

1. The battery still suck. My dad said I have to buy an original one so that my phone won't blow up in my face while I listen to Aubrey Mile's ringtune [It's fun. You should try it].

2. The keys work! Of course I had to work my magic on it. It still needs cleaning but if you use your fingernails to push the keys in an angle, it's good to go. With this pace, my hands will actually have more muscle mass than my body.

The Movie

I almost forgot that I would like to watch this new movie "Cellular". The plot's nothing special. It's another "Phone Booth" in my opinion but then I'm a sucker for unusual circumstances so here's the summary:

A random wrong number on his cell phone sends a young man into a high-stakes race against time to save a woman’s life. With no knowledge of Jessica Martin (Basinger) other than her hushed, panicked voice on the other end of the tenuous cell phone connection, Ryan (Evans) is quickly thrown into a world of deception and murder on his frantic search to find and save her. Jessica’s life is in his hands, but what is waiting for him on the other side of the line, and what will cost him to find out?

Well, I think this is already off the cinemas so I'll just wait for the DVD. I just hope "Feng Shui" will stick a while. Samahan nyo kong manood , guys! The more the merrier daw e!!

Speaking of "Feng Shui", my best bud, Macky, called me up last Saturday. Yes, I was planning to have the whole day to myself. It was the first time in months that I actually have NUTHIN' to do! And I was excited! At last I got NUTHIN' to worry about... for now. Anyway, Macky invited me to watch the movie! I wasn't really in the mood but then 'What the Heck!'. So she asked me to 'Chikka' our friends [like I said: The more the merrier] because wala kaming load lahat. So I'm lucky my birthday allowance is up for grabs. So, I Chikkaed all our Cavite-Masci friends. I waited for hours and still, the replies are nowhere in sight. Well, except for Michael [he had a party to attend]. I guess everybody's busy. Who isn't? It's Saturday!

Carmen, Carmen, Carmen

Carmen Elektra. Hot as ever. I just catched the Baywatch Reunion TV-Movie on Wowow and it was oozing with eye candy, dude. Pamela Anderson, Carmen Elektra, Geena Lee Nolin, Yasmine Bleeth and those hot 'Hawaii' girls are all back. Though Yasmine looks like shit. I think this was shot after her drug problem. Way to ruin your face with eyebags missy. Anyway, it was a pretty enjoyable couple of hours yet I can NOT ignore the crappy, crappy writing. In here, the lifeguards are the victims who needs to be saved. Wow, how original! Well, sex sells so I just might have to leave this one alone. Hey! Who needs an actual storyline when cleavage is the main star? It's TV.

Sarah, Sarah, Sarah

Geronimo? Eugch. No. As in Lee, Sarah Lee. Yesterday, before swinging by Greenhills, my family went to my GREAT grandmother's house but we only met the Wolf. Heh. Nah. I'm just joking. I love grandma. She may be really chatty sometimes, but her words of wisdom is really food to my soul [bait kong apo]. Anyway, after eating three slices out one of the largest pizza I've seen[Pricemart Pizza], my grand aunt gave us nice Sarah Lee body sprays. It smelled so good, pare. So now, I'm on the hunt for Sarah Lee products... any providers out there?!?

Collect and Select!

Okay. Maybe just collect. Nakakita kami ng Antique show sa Greenhills last night. There was collectible items everywhere - from old Filipino money to "Vilma Santos, Teen Sensation" magazines. But it was only the Pepsi bottles that got me thinking. If I'm gonna collect then why not something that bears my name?! Haha! The old soda bottles ranges from a hundred to half a thousand bucks. Of course, I had no money to buy the 'antiques' and my mom would kill me if I did so maybe next time na lang... So got worthy Pepsi collectibles? I will gladly buy it... for a reasonable price. Just mack[message] me...

Anyway, gotta swing by the gym this afternoon. Better keep off the weight and tone up before November [edited: September nalagay ko kanina. Edi next year pa yun! Hehe] . I would like to look good when I turn 19. And the new sem just makes it more exciting... see you later guys!

PIX! A scene from "Cellular", Hot Carmen Elektra, and cool PePsi bottles...

CRACK

Posted by pepz_c at 02:33 AM on October 11, 2004.

Exactly. It's one o'clock in the morning and I feel like I'm on crack. So bear with me. I can get really nasty...

Nah. I just took a cold shower [balde at tabo] and I'm awake as an owl. I'm watching DVD ["Something's Gotta Give"] on the side of my notepad and I'm good to go [write my first entry]...

WOoh0o!!! Sem break na! For a second there, I forgot to celebrate. And to mark the start of my new found freedom, I registered for an account here at Tabulas to chronicle all my boring and not-so-boring endeavors... now let's start with [my personal] Independence Day.

Crack My Head Open

Last Friday was just ground breaking. Literally.

Earlier that day I just finished doing my friend's Website project. I dunno everytime I finish something like that I feel this tingling goosebump in my body. At siyempre, naghihintay ako ng puri... papansin e. Haha! Anyway, I hadn't study for my Physics and Philo finals and guess what? I just Couldn't. Care. Less. Notice the emphasis? Man, nagtataka ako hindi naman ako ganito last sem. Sobrang GC [Grade Conscious] ko pa nga e. It looks like my "Second Year Syndrome" theory is true. Nah. I guess I'm back to my GC mode next sem. Siguro my finals in Math 54 the day before just discouraged me to do anything, well, decent. First flunk in U.P., that gotta mean something right? Damn, I'm rambling...

Cool... Under The Sea

So before the BIG exams, I gotta meet this theatre friend of mine to get my invitation for her debut this Friday. The invitation is actually cool - cute and casual. And the party has a theme. Wow. "Under the sea". I wonder what's with the "sea" themes nowadays. This is like the second party [debut FYI] I was invited where I can actually wear my Hawaiian polos. Well, at least their not stuck in my closet until summer. Hehe.

I Forgot to Eat the Chicken!

And anyway, right BEFORE that I had to drop by the MC [Math Club] tambayan to have a quick bite kasi naghanda si Nikki ng spaghetti for her birthday [HAPPY BIRTHDAY!] . Boy, did I eat fast. I was like fifteen minutes late for my Physics exams and I got all these noodles and meat stuck in my teeth! Haha! [Like I said: "Nakawala sa kural"]

The exams was tolerable. Sana pumasa. Sana naman no!

Killers and Psychos on the Loose!

So I dropped by Aris' and John's boarding house after the exams [an annoying 4 hours, whew! I survived!] para may kasabay ako pauwi. I always enjoy going there or maybe just being with the two Psychos [Haha. Basahin nyo 'to]. Anyway, before we [Aris and I] left the house, Macky, my best bud [girl bud], texted up. Nagpapasama pauwi kasi natatakot daw sa serial killer who was allegedly killed this week. What's with all this killings anyway? May nakuwento rin si John that night na naka-"witness" daw siya ng murder sa tapat pa ng New Era... Kelan kaya ako makakakita ng patayan? [Hehe. Sadista] Anyway, so we picked her [Macky] up sa Cubao station and we became her cool bodyguards. Not.

Crack in the Wall

Or not. We all got home and everything was just boring after that [except Bubble Gang] until 'Whoa'. I was sitting in the living room table [Don't ask] when I got all dizzy. Well, that's what I thought until the whole place seemed to be dancing around in front of me! The whole family was there and I even woke my Dad up who was taking a short nap on the sofa before his bedtime [Yes, that happens all the time]. I was just amazed and filled with awe. I was smiling the whole time kasi parang nasa barko kami. Haha! Ang ignorante ko 'no? That was like my first earthquake since highschool [which lasted for like only a millisecond]. After the minute tremor, I was reallly excited to hear about it in the news. Feeling ko parang part ako ng balita since... Damn, I should stop now. I'm starting to sound like a dork [too late].

Ok, so it's 2:15, add ko na itong entry na 'to. Continue ko na later... Till next time!

Edited to say: Alas-tres na! Siyet! Hehe! Papaalam ko sa iba later... Good morning! Another busy day mamaya! Pero at least wala nang pasok! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!
